Prior to RAZR, Jim spent 12+ years at ICF Next as Head of Engineering, where he had the privilege to lead cross functional engineering teams. During that time, he delivered three industry-leading proprietary products and other marketing technologies to clients such as Amtrak, Advance Auto Parts, Allegiant Airlines, Hilton, Hyatt, Toys R Us, Wyndham, and many others. Prior to ICF Next, Jim led solution architecture at Carlson Marketing, creating loyalty and engagement solutions for clients such as Bank of America, State Farm, and Visa.
As Chief Technology Officer, Jim leads technology solution architecture and engineering for RAZR’ s proprietary marketing engagement products. Jim works with clients to solution, deliver and operate their marketing technology capabilities to engage consumers within their marketing programs.
