Ryan’s extensive experience in Digital Strategy, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, and Demand Generation fuel his ambition for the next great idea. Ryan’s true strength comes from utilizing his Equalizer/Advisor StandOut® roles to solve problems with a balance of value, practicality, and ethics. He tops it off with a Lean Six Sigma certification (green belt).

Prior to arriving at RAZR, Ryan spent the last 19 years working for Best Buy Co. where he held many different leadership roles. His achievements include launching the Pay With Points program on, managing the Loyalty and Incentive business unit and, most recently, driving growth and demand for the In-Home Consultation Program. Ryan turns business adversity into opportunity. He takes an innovative and resourceful approach to complex business challenges, leveraging his expertise in strategic planning, e-commerce, sales/marketing, logistics and supply chain management to improve sales, service, and profit.

  • There’s hardly a summer weekend that goes by where he, his wife, Andrea, and their 4 kids aren’t enjoying their lake home.
  • When not living the lake life, he and his wife are planning their next beach vacation where the “agenda” is: Beach. Pool. Beverage. Repeat.
  • An avid outdoorsman, he loves hunting, fishing, and basically all other outdoor activities that drive his passion.
