Prior to arriving at RAZR, Ryan spent the last 19 years working for Best Buy Co. where he held many different leadership roles. His achievements include launching the Pay With Points program on BestBuy.com, managing the Loyalty and Incentive business unit and, most recently, driving growth and demand for the In-Home Consultation Program. Ryan turns business adversity into opportunity. He takes an innovative and resourceful approach to complex business challenges, leveraging his expertise in strategic planning, e-commerce, sales/marketing, logistics and supply chain management to improve sales, service, and profit.
